Acid Black Cherry

Acid Black Cherry ( ABC for short ) is a solo project of Japanese singer Yasu ( Janne Da Arc ).

Biography

In May 2007, Yasu began his solo project Acid black cherry. With his first single magic spell he landed in Japan at # 4 on the Oricon singles chart. On 26 September 2007, the second single Black cherry and on 28 November 2007, the third single Aishitenai愛してないfollowed. The fourth single, Fuyu no maboroshi冬の幻was then launched in 2008.

The first album, BLACK LIST was published on 20 February 2008. To support two guest musicians came to this album to: Daita ( ex-member of Siam Shade fame ) on guitar and Jun- Ji ( also ex-member of Siam Shade fame ) on drums. On 27 August 2008 published A.B.C. their fifth single 20 ∞ Century boys and 19 November 2008, the sixth single Jigsawジグソーwas released and reached number 3 on the Japan 's Top 50 songs. The seventh single Nemurihime眠り姫then followed on 18 February 2009. Yasashii uso優しい嘘, the eighth single, came out on July 29, 2009. The second album Q.E.D. was published on 26 August 2009. For this album a story on the official website of Acid black cherry has been published. This story is about a murder case and the search for the murderer. In 2010 it came to the ninth single Re: birth out. The song was the opening theme for the game Another Century 's Episode: R used.
