Adaklı

Adaklı (Kurdish: Azarpêrt ) is a district of the Turkish province of Bingol.

Adaklı was only in 1987 the district. In 1839, the area belonged to Adaklı still in Erzurum and Erzincan in 1926 connected. In 1936 came Adaklı to Bingöl and was until 1987 a part of the district Kigi.

The district is located in the north of the province and has an area of 901 km ², which constitutes 10.82 % of the total area of ​​Bingöl. Average Adaklı is 1500 m above sea level.

The county Adaklı has 9,684 inhabitants (as of 2011). Around one third lives ( 3,322 inhabitants) in the city Adaklı. The other half is divided among the 35 villages and 75 hamlets of the district.
