Adam Lipiński

Adam Lipiński ( born September 11, 1956 in Głubczyce ) is a Polish politician and Member of the Sejm in the I, IV, V and VI. Legislature and former head of the cabinet of Jarosław Kaczyński.

He attended the second general education school in Legnica and the Academy of Economics (Faculty of Economics ) in Wroclaw. He has worked in the garment factories " Hanka " in Legnica. In the late 1970s he was a student of the Solidarity Committee and as Chairman of the Legnicer " Committee for Social Self-defense " is active. During the state of war between 1981 and 1983, he went underground and continued to work in opposition. He also served as director of the printing house of the regional strike committees in Wroclaw, co-founded the organization Ruch Społeczny Solidarity ( Social movement Solidarność ) and editor of several publishers of books and journals ( publishing house " Kret " monthly " Specifically, " and " Nowa Republika ").

In 1989 he was one of the founders of the association Centrum Demokratyczne ( Democratic Centre) and a member of the Komitet Obywatelski " Solidarność " ( Solidarity Citizens' Committees ) in Wroclaw. He organized the party structures of the Catholic right-wing conservative Porozumienie Centrum ( center - agreement - PC) in Lower Silesia ( Lower Silesia). 1991 to 1993 he was responsible for the Porozumienie center in the Polish Sejm. In 2001 he was one of the founders of the Prawo i Sprawiedliwość ( Law and Justice - PiS) and again won in the general election this year, a seat in the Sejm. He was a member of the Sejm commissions for the Treasury and National and Ethnic Minorities in the IV legislature. In addition, he was editor of the magazine " Nowe Państwo ".

On 4 November 2005, he was appointed Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and was responsible for the co-operation between government and parliament. On 14 July 2006 he was head of the Political Cabinet of the Prime Minister Jarosław Kaczyński. From two offices he was released on November 16, 2007.

In September 2006, an image shot with a hidden camera video was released that showed Lipiński in a bribery attempt. He offered the deputies Renata Beger a position as State Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture if they would vote for his party.

In the early parliamentary elections in 2007, he was for the constituency of Legnica with 32 303 votes for the fourth time deputy. He is Vice Chairman of the Sejm Commission for the connection with the foreign Polonia.
