The eagle in the Harz Mountains is a 593.2 m above sea level. NN high hill near Sieber in the unincorporated area of the county resin Osterode am Harz in Lower Saxony.

Geographical location

The Eagle Mountain is located in the southern Harz Harz nature park. It rises about 1.5 km south of Sieber and separates the Breitental with the Tiefenbeek the north by the Vallelunga in the south. In the north- north-west of Eagle Mountain in the Klopp tert goes, in the north- west to the east-northeast Fissenkenkopf and in the Aschentalshalbe over. Adjacent mountains are the Pagelsburg, 1,2 km to the south, the mountain Hoexter, 1,6 km to the southwest, and the Great tubers, 1,9 km to the southeast.
