Adolphe Bousquet

Adolphe René Bousquet ( born August 14, 1899 in Maraussan, Hérault, † March 17, 1972 in Béziers ) was a French rugby union player. The Fly - Half won with the French selection in 1920 and 1924 respectively silver at the Olympic Rugby tournament and was with his club Racing Club de France French runners-up.

At club level, Bousquet played for AS Béziers and RC de France. In 1920 he was part of the squad of XV de France as these silver at the Olympic Rugby Tournament won; at Tournament 1924 he was again in the squad. He came during the opening match against Romania to use. Outside of the Olympic tournaments but was only used in two test matches; against England and Ireland in the Five Nations in 1921.

His nephew Roger Bousquet was also successful rugby player.
