Adriana Leon ( born February 10, 1992 Mississauga, Ontario, Canada ) is a Canadian soccer player. The striker plays for the Chicago Red Stars and the Canadian national soccer team.

Career

Clubs

2010 Leon was hired by the Toronto Lady Lynx, where it was used sporadically in three seasons. In the 2013 season she played in the newly established National Women 's Soccer League, the highest American professional league in women's football, first for the Boston Breakers. End of June 2013 Leon moved to league rivals Chicago Red Stars.

National

Leon gave her 2009 debut for the Canadian U-20 national team. There she completed from 2009 to 2012 eight games, scored five goals and participated among others in the U-20 North America Cup in 2010 and the U -20 World Cup in Japan. On 8 January 2013, it was against China debut for the Canadian selection. She shot in a 1-0 victory over China and the winning goal. In the following eight games they was used, where they always stood up to the last game against England in the starting lineup on April 7.
