Aetolus (son of Endymion)
Aetolus (Greek Αἰτωλός ) In Greek mythology, the son of Endymion, king of Elis.
His father had to determine his successor, deliver a race between his sons Paion, Aetolus and Epeios. Epeios emerged from this race as the winner.
As a result of a self-inflicted accident fatalities Aetolus was banished from Elis. He went to Kuretien and married Pronoe. With this he had two sons Pleuron and Calydon.
