AFC Săgeata Năvodari

The AFC SAGEATA Năvodari is a football club in Romania in the city Năvodari, Constanta county.

History

The association founded in 1960 Stejaru played a long time in the lower classes. At the end of the season 2007/2008 the ascent was made ​​in League III. A remarkable 5th place in the first season in this league has been achieved in Seria 2.

In July 2009 it was announced by the Mayor of Buftea that CS Buftea had sold his second division license for € 500,000 SAGEATA Stejaru. SAGEATA subsequently went into the Second League. 2010 then the seat of Stejaru was moved to Năvodari.
