Aggregate (rocket family)#A7

The aggregate 7 (short: A7) was developed 1940-1943 in Peenemünde for the Navy, winged test rocket, which was planned as a precursor to no longer realized aggregate -9 missile. Their structure corresponded to the unit 5, but they had bigger fins ( 1,621 m²) in order to achieve greater ranges in gliding.

Only two non-driving unit 7 models were dropped from airplanes to test the flight stability. The finished rocket should generate a takeoff thrust of 15 kN and would have had a launch mass of 1,000 kg, a diameter of 0.38 m and a length of 5.91 m.
