Alabat a Philippine Island in Quezon Province, Luzon Island is upstream.

The island Alabat located south of the bay of Lamon and separates the waters in the Lopez and Calauag Bay. It has a length of 33 km and a width of 4-6 km. The coastline of the island is approximately 225 km. Are large mangrove forests, where larger march surfaces are upstream on the south west coast of the island.
