Alan Arnell

Alan Arnell ( born November 25, 1933, Chichester, † May 5, 2013 ) was an English footballer.

Life

Born in Chichester, Sussex 1933 Alan Arnell began his career in Worthington at an amateur club. In 1953 he joined 19 -year-old for Liverpool FC, for whom he made ​​his debut in December 1953. At that time Zweitdivisionär Arnell played until February 1961. Though he was only temporarily nominated for the first team the Reds and often played in the reserve team, he brought it to 33 goals in 69 league games. In 1961 he moved to the Tranmere Rovers.

After moving to the third division Tranmere, with whom he descended into the fourth league, Arnell was still playing at Halifax Town and FC Runcorn.
