Alban Préaubert

Alban Preaubert ( born September 20, 1985 in Grenoble, Rhone- Alpes ) is a former French figure skater who started in a single run.

He was in the years 2006 and 2008 to 2011 respectively third in the French championship. His debut at the World and European Championships he had in 2006 and ended it on the eighth, and sixth place. At the World Championships this eighth place was his best result. The following year he finished eleventh and in 2008 he was forced to withdraw. After that, he could no longer qualify against strong national competition like Brian Joubert, Florent Amodio and Yannick PONSERO for a World Cup or the Olympics. On the other hand, European Championships, he took part regularly. His best result here was the fifth place in 2009 in Helsinki. 2011 was Preaubert his retirement from competitive skating known.
