Aldo Maldera

Aldo Maldera ( born October 14, 1953 in Milan, † August 1, 2012 in Rome ) was an Italian football player.

Career

Maldera began his career in the youth of AC Milan. In 1971 he came into the first team and was loaned to FC Bologna in November 1972. After only three games in Bologna, he returned to the Rossoneri and remained until 1982. Milan In 1973 he was able to win the European Cup Winners' Cup. He also won a league title with the club and was three times cup winners. 1982 moved Maldera for AS Roma. In his first season for the Romans he was again Italian champion, In 1984, was followed by another win the national cup competition. In 1985 Malderas move to AC Florence, where he end his career after two seasons in Serie A.

International Maldera played ten times for the Italian selection. He participated in the Soccer World Cup 1978 in part in Argentina and was with the team in fourth. In this World Cup, it has been deployed. He also took part in the European Football Championship 1980 in Italy, where he was with the Squadra Azzurra also fourth.
