Alec Mapa

Alec Mapa (* July 10 1965 in San Francisco, California, USA) is an American actor and comedian. Mapa is known as an actor through his television role as Vern, Gabrielle's best gay friend, on the television series Desperate Housewives. Previously Mapa occurred in the series Half & Half on as a character Adam Benet. He played in the movie " Zohan " a gay hairdresser named " Claude".

Mapa is of Filipino descent and was born in San Francisco. After his education, he made his first acting break in production M. Butterfly.
