Aleksandra Kovač ( Serbian Cyrillic Александра Ковач; * 1974 in Belgrade ) is a Serbian singer, composer, songwriter, arranger and producer.

Biography

She is the daughter of the Serbian composers Kornelije Kovač. With her ​​sister Kristina she formed the duo K2. Aleksandra was already composing her first songs at 15 and played this piano.

K2

She founded with her younger sister, the band K2 and signed her first recording contract early. They went to London and started their first tour as the opening act of Labi Siffre. The duo has performed in London in numerous well-known clubs.

In 1998, Aleksandra decided to solo career, but this time not only as a singer and composer, but also as an arranger and producer.
