Aleksandra Szwed

Aleksandra Szwed ( born August 8, 1990 in Warsaw) is a Polish actress, singer and presenter.

Career

Before her debut in the media Aleksandra Szwed worked in youth services and is currently studying the way culture and psychology. Her acting career began in 1999 with a role in the television series " Rodzina zastępcza " (Eng. " surrogate family ") of the Polish radio station Polsat. Since then she has worked in various television and feature films. Since 2003 she has also worked in the theater.

In February 2009, she took along with the Italian -born singer Marco Bocchino in the Polish finals for the Euro Vision Song Contest in Moscow, however, became only the second place behind the winner Lidia Kopania. In August 2010 and October 2012, she withdrew from for Playboy magazine.

Szweds mother is Polish, her father is from Nigeria. Makes it one of a large group nigerianischstämmiger persons who are in Poland in public life. These include the boxer Izuagbe Ugonoh, Member of Parliament John Godson, television presenter Olimpia Ajakaiye and former football player Emmanuel Olisadebe.
