Alexander Vasyunov

Alexander Sergeyevich Wassjunow (Russian Александр Сергеевич Васюнов; born April 22, 1988 in Yaroslavl, Russian SFSR; † 7 September 2011 in Tunoschna near Yaroslavl ) was a Russian ice hockey player who during his career, among other things with the New Jersey Devils in the National Hockey League and Lokomotiv Yaroslavl played in the Continental Hockey League.

Career

Alexander Wassjunow began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior level of Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, for the first team, he made his debut in the Russian Super League in the season 2005/ 06.
