Alexandre Quennoz

Alexandre Quennoz began his career in the U21 team of FC Sion. In July 1996 he was promoted to the first team of Sion. In 1999 he moved to FC Basel. First team regular, he was sitting in the last few years more on the bench. Despite reservists existence the club refused him in summer 2005 release to the FC Lausanne-Sport, who had Quennoz an offer. This angered Quennoz. As a result, he suggested, after seven years when his contract expired, an extension offer from FC Basel and moved to Neuchatel Xamax, which still was playing in the Challenge League. Xamax rose with him, who holds a regular place in the summer of 2007, again in the Super League on. In May 2009, he completed his last game as a professional for Xamax and finished his career afterwards.
