Henri Alfred Marie Cardinal Baudrillart ( born January 6, 1859 in Paris, France, † May 19, 1942 ibid ) was Auxiliary Bishop of Paris.

Life

Baudrillart was the son of Prof. Henri Baudrillart and his wife Marie Sacy; his grandfather was Samuel de Sacy Ustazade. From 1868, he attended the Ecole Bossuet and moved to the Lycée Louis -le- Grand later. From 1876 there was for him the option of a clerical career, but in 1890 he entered the Oratory of St. Philip Neri, and studied philosophy in Paris and Catholic theology.
