Alfredo Landa

Alfredo Landa Areitio (* March 3, 1933 in Pamplona, ​​Navarre, † May 9, 2013 ) was a Spanish film actor and comedian.

Life

Alfredo Landa was born in 1933 as the son of a police officer of the Guardia Civil in Pamplona. His school training was undertaken in San Sebastián, his acting career began in the theater. His film debut was in 1962 in José María FORQUES Atraco a las tres to the side of José Luis López Vázquez.

Landa was best known for his roles in successful Spanish comedies, but he was able to hold also in more serious roles.
