Alice Nine

Alice nine. (Japaneseアリス 九 號) is a Japanese visual kei band that stands at the label PS Company under the contract, which also Kra, the GazettE and Kagrra, have signed or did.

The band was founded in 2004 by drummer Nao. First, he had addressed Saga, was more or less short-term member of the band before the two finally decided on a new group to reasons. Together they brought Shou and Tora in the band. The last Hiroto joined the band. The other four had seen him at a concert of his band at the time and decided that he would fit in well with them.

History

Established in April 2004, was released in July of the same year their first single, Namae wa madanai, which sold well and a successful start for the band meant.

After a few events with the band Ayabie and signing with PS Company, they released in November 2004, already their first mini - album Gion Shousha no kane ga naru. On their other singles Gin no Tsuki Kuroi Hoshi in March 2005, Yami ni Chiru Sakura in April 2005 and Yuri wa Aoku string in May 2005, followed in July 2005, their second mini-album, Alice in Wonderland. After the release of the album the first time they went on tour.

For the next mini-album kaso Musō shi signed alice nine. at King Records. 2006, three new singles were released together, and the versatility of their music also grew more and more its popularity. So their single Akatsuki / Ikuoku no Chandelier was used as the opening of the anime series My love again. In April of the same year they finally brought out their first album then Zekkei Shoku, which was able to secure the 4th place on the Oricon daily charts. This was followed by the same Kacho Fugetsu Vol 1 tour.

2007 came their second DVD Hello, Dear Numbers and a single with the name Jewels and out another tour followed, Black Jewel & White Rose. On 6 June 2007 the release of their new single White Prayer was made. On May 25, they brought in connection with the initiated by Yoshiki J- Rock Revolution festival in Los Angeles their first concert outside of Japan on the stage. On 26 March 2008, the band released their new single "Mirror Ball", which also served as the theme song for the anime " Aquarian Age". The fans were delighted on July 2, 2008 for a release of two DVDs, which contained, among other things, several music videos. On 6 August 2008, the band released their new single " Rainbows ", and on 10 December 2008 " Cross Game ". The song " Cross Game " served as the ending for the anime "Yu -Gi -Oh! 5Ds ".

On 24 March 2010 Alice Nine brought a Best Of album, entitled " Alice Nine Complete Collection 2006-2009 " out after the 22.3. went on a nationwide tour japan.

After the tour, the band already has new tour plans announced, with the final performance at Tokyo's Nippon Budokan was announced. After the Peace & Smile Carnival 2009 this is the second appearance there for the band. On May 30, Alice Nine take the " PS Company event Tribal Arivall Vol 100 " part.
