Alidaunia

Alidaunia is an aviation company based in Foggia, Italy. It leads airliner traffic, ambulance, taxi, charter and offshore flights with helicopters through. Alidaunia also has a license to aircraft maintenance and an approval as a flight school for helicopter pilots. The main base is the Gino Lisa Airport in Foggia.

History

Alidaunia was founded as Alidaunia - società di navigazione aerea in March 1976 and licensed in 1978 for film and photographic works. 1984 Alidaunia received a license for public passenger air traffic. With the support of the government Alidaunia took the end of 1986 the first scheduled flights from Foggia to the heliport San Domino on the Tremiti islands.
