Allister

Allister is an American pop punk band from Chicago, Illinois.

History

The band was founded in 1996 by John Hamada (vocals / guitar), Tim Rogner (vocals / drums) and Eric " Skippy " Mueller (bass ) as Phineas Gage. A year later, they named themselves into Allister and Drive- Thru Records released 1998 debut EP, You Can not Do that on Vinyl. In 1999, the first album Dead Ends and Girlfriends was released and the line-up changes with Scott Murphy on bass and Skippy on the guitar a little. 2002 was followed by the second album Last Stop Suburbia, which was also placed on the Billboard Heatseekers - charts. A tour with worldwide performances, there were 2004. During the same year, she also played in the movie Sleepover with. The third album called Before the Blackout was released in 2005. In March 2007, the band members announced that they would pause " until further notice". After a tour of Japan, the farewell concert was held in Chicago on July 20, 2007.

On 30 March 2010 the band released their reunion on Myspace known. Allister has signed a new contract with Universal Japan.
