Alofi Island

Alofi is an 18 km ², mostly uninhabited volcanic island in the South Pacific, which belongs to the French overseas territory of Wallis and Futuna. The island, together with the north-west, larger neighboring island of the archipelago of the Horn Futuna Islands. Alofi is surrounded by a coral reef and separated from the neighboring island of Futuna west by the 1.6 km wide Chenal Sain.
