Ambrose Kiapseni

Ambrose Kiapseni MSC ( born October 16, 1945 in Masahet ) is Bishop of Kavieng.

Life

Ambrose Kiapseni joined the Congregation of the Sacred Heart missionaries and received on 7 January 1975, the ordination. Pope John Paul II appointed him on 21 January 1991 concerning the Bishop of Kavieng.

The Archbishop of Rabaul, Karl Hesse MSC, consecrated him on 12 May of the same year the bishop; Co-consecrators were Desmond Charles Moore MSC, Bishop of Alotau - Sideia, and Michael Marai, Bishop of Goroka.
