AMC-21

AMC -21, is a television satellite of SES Americom, a subsidiary of SES Global.

AMC -21 was promoted on 14 August 2008 together with the television satellite Superbird 7 with a rocket of the type Ariane 5 from the spaceport Guiana Space Centre in Kourou into space. The satellite was built by Thales Alenia Space and Orbital Sciences and television programs intended for consumers throughout the United States and additional areas in Canada and Mexico, and in particular the territorial enclaves such as Hawaii and Alaska. In addition, it should take occasional broadcasts on behalf of other operators and connect corporate networks.
