Amenemhet VI. was an ancient Egyptian King (Pharaoh) of the 13th dynasty ( Second Intermediate Period ). He reigned from around 1740 BC

This ruler with the proper name Amenemhet and the throne name Seanch - ib- Re is known from the Turin Royal Canon 6.10. This name comes from such an offering table of Karnak. Here the king writes within the cartridge three names: Amenemhet, Antef, Ameny. These names have been perceived by Ryholt as filiation, but correspond to double and triple the name of a common practice of the time, so the explanation is unlikely. Even the king cylinder seals are known.
