Life

The Jewish-Arab ancestors as Ana María Schoua born in Buenos Aires Argentine author paternal originate from Lebanon, his mother from Poland (her family name was Szmulewicz ) and migrated in the 20s of the 20th century in Argentina. 15 years old Shua successfully debut as a writer in 1967, she published her poetry anthology " El sol y yo", which was awarded by the Sociedad Argentina de Escritores ( SADE ). She studied literature at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and wrote under the pseudonym Diana de Montemayor some short stories for a women's magazine. At 20, she began to work at an advertising agency, for which she wrote advertising copy and Folder.

As in 1976, the junta coup led by General Jorge Rafael Videla to power, Shua went voluntarily into exile. She had settled in Paris and found work in the local editors of the Spanish magazine " Cambio 16".
