Anders Norudde

Unlike Norudde (* 1960; birth name Anders Stake ) is a Swedish folk musician and luthier.

After leaving school he worked in the iron works of Degerfor. In his spare time he played rock music on his guitar and practiced in orienteering. After he had heard on the radio the group Kebnekaise, which plays traditional Swedish folk music, he began to be interested in this style of music. He learned in four years of training in Leksand the Geigenbauen and is a member of the " Swedish luthier according to Italian tradition " ( SVIT ).

In 1987 he founded together with drummer Björn Tollin and the luthier Hållbus Totte Mattsson group Hedningarna.

When he married in 1997, took him and his wife together on the new name Norudde. He lives in Karlskoga in 2009 with his wife and two children.

He also plays nyckelharpa, moraharpa ( a simpler variant of the nyckelharpa ) and the Swedish bagpipe ( bagpipes ).
