Andhun of Sussex
Andhun (also Aldhun; † before 686 ) was the ruler of 680er years of Anglo-Saxon kingdom of Sussex.
Life
To 682 raided Caedwalla, an exiled member of the royal house of Wessex, with his army Sussex. King Æthelwalh fell during the fighting and Sussex was looted. The fight against the conquerors of Wessex translated then Æthelwalhs successor, the ealdormen Berthun and Andhun to continue. You could Caedwalla sell first and reigned jointly over Sussex. Presumably dominated Andhun East Sussex, during Berthun reigned in West Sussex. Andhuns later life is unknown.
