André Tison

André Tison ( Tison André Alfred, born February 26, 1885 in Paris, † December 25, 1963 in Saint- Maur- des-Fosses ) was a French athlete who participated in four Olympic Games.

At the 1906 Summer Olympics in Athens, he was fourth in the shot put and fifth in the discus throw ( free style ). In the standing long jump, he came on the 22th Place.

1908 in London, he was eighth in the discus throw ( free style ). In the shot put, he did not reach in the top eight.

In Stockholm in 1912 he finished ninth in the shot put and finished third in the discus throw 30th place. When Discus Games in Antwerp in 1920, he left in the first round.

Seven times he was in the shot put (1905, 1907, 1908, 1910, 1911, 1913, 1914) and nine times in the discus throw ( 1907-1914, 1920) national champion.
