Anhur

Anhor, also Anhut, is an ancient Egyptian war and hunting god who was worshiped in Nubia (Abu Simbel ). The Greeks called him Onuris ( Ὀνούρις ), derived from the Egyptian " on - Heret ": "The the width ( = Heret the Distant Sky ) brings near ( to ) ".

Importance

Representation
