Anna Rudolf

Anna Rudolf (born 12 November 1987 in Miskolc ) is a Hungarian chess player. It bears the title of Grandmaster ( WGM ).

Individual successes

2008, 2010 and 2011, she won the Hungarian national championship of women. Anna Rudolf since 2008, Grand Master of the women, the necessary standards they achieved in April 2007 at the European Women's Championship in Dresden and in December 2007 at the Open in Vandoeuvre -lès -Nancy. Controversy

After their success in the early rounds of the tournament, she was of three players - Oleg Krivonosov, Vladimir Lazarev and Ilmārs Starostīts - accused of fraud. This suggested that their trains had been sent on a cloaked as lip balm receiver. Evidence they were guilty, but Rudolf was in the remaining laps under enhanced monitoring by the referee. In the last round Rudolf had to play Starostīts who denied her the customary handshake. After the tournament, the Hungarian Chess Federation protested against the " unethical behavior" of the three players and requested a review by the Ethics Commission of FIDE.
