Anne de Borman

Anne Christine de Borman ( born February 3, 1881 in Sint- Joost - ten-Node as Anne de Selliers de Ville Moran, † September 30, 1962 in Limal, province of Walloon Brabant) was a Belgian tennis player.

Life

Anne de Selliers de Ville Moran married in 1908 tennis player Paul de Borman. Both were members of the Royal Club Léopold. She won the Belgian Championship four times in singles and in doubles.

In 1920 she took part in the Olympic Games in Antwerp, but different in single, double as well as in mixed competition from already after the first game. At the Olympic Games in Paris in 1924, she joined at the age of 43 years on again, but could not achieve a medal again. In individual they failed in the second round at the British Kathleen McKane, in mixed on the side of Joseph Halo t also in the second round.

De Borman died in 1962 at the age of 81 years.
