Anne Statt

Anne E. Skovgaard (* around 1954, born Anne Forrest, his first wife, Anne instead ) is a former Danish badminton player of English origin. She is the wife of Steen Skovgaard and mother of Christian Skovgaard, both also successful badminton player.

Career

Starting yet for England as Anne Instead she won in 1978 at the Badminton Championship gold in women's doubles. When Anne Skovgaard she won in the season 1979/1980 the German Open with husband Steen. In the same game series, she won the Danish Championships single. In 1980, she won gold at the European Championships in the team and bronze in women's doubles. In 1983 there was still a bronze medal in doubles.
