Ansariye (town)

Insariyeh, Al - Ansariyyah, Ansariyeh or Insariye (Arabic: Insârîyé الأنصارية ), is a town in Lebanon, on the hills of Jabal Amel (Arabic: جبل عامل ) located in the southern part of the country. It is 62 km from the Lebanese capital Beirut and 20 km south of Saida and is mainly inhabited by Shiites.

Geography

Insariye located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. The area is mainly a green landscape and is cultivated with various crops such as oranges and Zitonenbäumen, banana shrubs and olive trees.
