Anton Reinhard Falck

Anton Reinhard Falck ( born March 19, 1777 Utrecht, † March 16, 1843 in Brussels) was a Dutch politician.

Falck, a lawyer in Amsterdam, 1802-06 was secretary of legation in Madrid, joined in 1808 as general secretary in the department of navigation and of the colonies, and was in 1813 working for the House of Orange. It was after the Restoration of State and was from 1818-24 Minister of Public Instruction, the national industry and the colonies, after which he went as Dutch ambassador to London. After the separation of Belgium from Holland he lived since 1832 without Office in The Hague. He went in 1840 as an envoy to Brussels and died there in 1843.

Falck was a member of the Federation of the Freemasons. He bekleidetete there the office of Grand Master of the Grand Associated east of the Netherlands.
