Antonio Daniels

Antonio Robert Daniels ( born March 19, 1975 in Columbus, Ohio ) is an American professional basketball player who was most recently with the Texas Legends in the D -League contract.

NBA

Daniels was selected in the NBA Draft in 1997 by the Vancouver Grizzlies in fourth place. After his rookie season, he was transferred to the San Antonio Spurs and won, on the side of Tim Duncan, 1999, the NBA championship. This was followed by engagements with the Portland Trail Blazers and Seattle SuperSonics. His best individual season 2004-05 Daniels played for the Sonics when he scored 11.2 points and 4.1 assists and with the Sonics reached the playoffs. He then played for the Washington Wizards, where he was used as a backup for Gilbert Arenas. His last NBA stations were the New Orleans Hornets and Philadelphia 76ers. For the latter, he completed just 8 games.
