Antonio Rubio Pérez

Antonio Rubio ( * 1882, † November 28, 1953 ) was a Uruguayan politician.

Rubio, who belonged to the Partido Colorado, was from 1st to March 31, 1933 President of the Consejo Nacional de Administración.

He sat in the 35th legislative term as MP for the Department of Montevideo on 15 February 1947 to 15 March 1948 in the Cámara de Representantes. In 1947 he had it also held the office of President of the Chamber. In the following session, he was then from 14 February 1951 Member of the Senate and took over in 1951, the Senate presidency and in this and the following year the chair of the Comisión Permanente del Poder Legislative. His senatorial mandate he laid on March 3, 1952 in favor of his membership of the Consejo Nacional de Gobierno, the Uruguayan National Council down.
