Aprilynne Pike

Aprilynne Pike ( * in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States ) is an American author, known for her debut novel elves Kiss ( original title Wings ), which was first published on May 5, 2009 in English. Her first novel, won first place in the "Children's Best Seller List", a Unterkategie, edited by The New York Times Best Seller List. This Pike Her second novel elves love was the best-selling children's author not prominent debut of 2009. ( Original title spells), who came on 4 May 2010 on the market, it also managed the New York Times Best Sellers list.

Life

Aprilynne Pike was born in Salt Lake City and grew up in Phoenix (Arizona ). At the age of twenty Pike acquired at Lewis -Clark State College in Lewiston ( Idaho) Bachelor of Arts in the Department of Creative Writing.

Influences

Pike gave to several authors that influenced her writing, including the YA Autorinen Lois Lowry and Stephenie Meyer, who competed Pikes debut novel in the blurb.
