The Archbishop of St. Angela Gymnasium is a state- approved school in Wipperfuerth. It is under the auspices of the Archdiocese of Cologne. It lies on the Wipperfürther Silberberg and has about 900 students and 65 teachers, including five trainee teachers in the school year 2011/2012.

History

It was founded on April 24, 1946 by the Ursuline Sisters of Danzig, as it took up the classes with 139 pupils and 8 sisters.
