Arethusa is a titular of the Roman Catholic Church.
The Episcopal seat of the former diocese was at Arethusa in Syria and was a member of the Ecclesiastical Province of Apamea. For the years 325-680 there is a list of bishops.
The saints and martyrs Mark of Arethusa (~ 300 † 362) was Bishop of Arethusa.
