Atacan Öztürk

Atacan Öztürk ( born January 12, 1982 in Antalya) is a Turkish football goalkeeper.

Career

Association

Öztürk started with the club football in the youth of Antalya Özel İdarespor and in 1999 in the youth of Antalyaspor. In the summer of 2000 he received at Antalyaspor a professional contract, but only played for the reserve team. Opposite end of the season he was involved in the professional squad. He made his professional debut on 19 May 2001 in league play against İstanbulspor. The following season he was almost exclusively on the bench and made just one league game. At season's end, he went with his team from the TFF 1 Lig.

In summer 2003, he joined the second division Elazığspor and played here four seasons long. He then moved within the league to Boluspor.

After a five- year tenure at Boluspor he moved to second division Movers Şanlıurfaspor. A year later, he returned to his old club Boluspor.

National

Öztürk played from the Turkish U-16 to U-18 in all Turkish youth national teams.
