Atmosphere is a hip- hop band from Minneapolis, Minnesota, founded around 1994.

History

Originally the band consisted of MC Spawn, producer Ant (Anthony Davis) and the rapper Slug (Sean Daley ). After Spawn left the band to rap under the name Rek The Heavyweight, translated Slug and Ant, the band continued with changing live DJs such as, but DJ Mr. Dibbs (Brad Forste ). Atmosphere stand for a breezy, partly also very socially conscious rap fluctuates between melancholy, joy of life and everyday concerns.

The most successful album of the band Seven 's Travels was produced at Epitaph Records, which is actually a punk label.

2009 Atmosphere toured supported by live musicians Nate Collis (guitar), Erick Anderson ( keys) and singer Mankwe Ndosi by Germany. To a large European tour of the entire Rhymesayers label collective, there was 2011. Besides Atmosphere is Brother Ali, Evidence, Grieves & Budo and Blueprint involved.
