Audacious (software)

Audacious (English " bold " for ) and Audacious Media Player ( " audacious media player " ) is a free audio player. The software is primarily developed for Unix-like operating systems, but since version 2.5, there is also a port for Windows.

History of development

The software was split in 2005 by William " nenolod " Pitcock from version 0.9.7.1 of Beep Media Player (BMP), whose development came to a standstill.
