The Auerbach is a 12.1 -kilometer-long river in the district of Lower Allgäu region in Bavaria.

It rises south-east of the county road north Niederrieden MN 26 to about 655 m above sea level. NN. The stream flows on long stretches through forests in northern northeast. Before the Auerbach in Babenhausen at about 541 m above sea level. NN. discharges into the Günz, it flows through the towns of Reichau (municipality Boos ) and winter vineyards. To the north and south of the village Reichau the water is dammed each to some fish ponds. On the outskirts of Babenhausen the stream is dammed again to the so-called Fugger pond where there is a youth accommodation house and a youth campground.
