Auxiliary Cruiser Badge

The War Badge for auxiliary cruiser was founded on 24 April 1941 the Commander of the Navy Admiral Erich Raeder and could be awarded to best crews of the auxiliary cruiser cruiser used in the war.

An official foundation of the War Badge for auxiliary cruiser with diamonds is not known, but this award on 31 December 1941, Captain Bernhard Rogge. Hellmuth Ruckteschell it also received.

According to the law on titles, medals and decorations of 26 July 1957, the wearing of the award in the Federal Republic of Germany is only permitted without Nazi emblems.
