Axino

The Axino is a hypothetical elementary particle that is predicted by some theories of particle physics. The Peccei -Quinn theory tries the observed, known as the strong CP problem to explain phenomenon by a hypothetical real scalar particles with the name Axion introduced. Performs one supersymmetry into the model, a fermionic super- partner for the Axion, the Axino and a bosonic super partner, the Saxion is predicted. They are all bundled up by a chiral superfield.

The Axino would be then the lightest supersymmetric particle in such a model. Partly because of this property, it is considered as a candidate for the composition of dark matter.
