Attractions

The village has two churches. The old church in the center was partially destroyed in 1775, allegedly because it was blocking the view of Sir Lionel Lyde from his new house. The heavily damaged baptismal font dates from the early 15th century and has an octagonal bowl shape. In the northwest corner of the tower is an altar grave with the damaged portrait of a knight and a lady, also from the 15th century.

Since the 14th century there is the restaurant Brocket Arms. According to legend, it should haunt there.
