Badminton at the 1962 Asian Games

Champions in badminton were determined at the Asian Games 1962 in Jakarta in four individual and two team disciplines. The Mixed was 1962 not yet in the game program. The games were held until September 4, 1962 by August 24. The badminton competitions started on August 25. Thailand withdrew during the final against Indonesia in the men's team competition and disadvantage of Charoen Wattanasin in the game against Tan Joe Hok by the Indonesian referee his team back from the individual competitions.
